ersonal Statement

I am aspiring cinematographer that focuses in camerawork. One of my interests are in photography, specifically street photography. This is interesting to me as your only limited by your imagination which develops your style in photography. I like to think my camera skills stem from my photography and I take this into my videography/cinematography projects. Another one of my interests is in motorsport, I am a fan of the BDC which is the British Drift Championship. I have watched this since I was 12 and continue to watch it now. I have been working on independent projects around the UK and has competed in a national competition called world skills where I received a bronze medal. I have participated in a range of subjects before studying film for example Motor Vehicle and Cisco. I continue to show interest in these two areas whilst studying Film. What inspired my love for film was the film the social network which was directed David Fincher, it wasn’t because of the film itself but watching people analyse every scene in the film seeing symbolism in the film, it opened my eyes for visual storytelling and sparked my interest in cinematography. The styles of piece I have made while in college are:
-Music Video
-Silent Film
-Multicamera
I have also worked in DVD production using DVD Studio Pro. This experience has allowed me to work with different software for multiple types of distribution. During my time at college he has participated in a workshop with Access VFX, where he learned about basic VFX and how composition works. I have worked with a Production company called springboard which I was working on creating promotional and informative pieces for example I have worked on a Promotional piece for the river trust. I have shown his enthusiasm by volunteering for work experience past the required by continuing to work on projects like River Trust until their completion. My main skills are in camera operation but he has also worked towards working with a range of audio equipment and is now working to improve his skills in lighting and editing. I have also worked with a range of kit, begging with simpler DSLR cameras to working with professional Black magic studio cameras. I have also worked with broadcasting equipment to creating multi camera projects some of which were streamed live.

this allows the separate audio frequencies to be more prominent among the other sound in the audio piece. When i was working on this window i was trying to create  a wave with the adjusters as audio works in waves this allows the audio to remain level and not have any frequencies that aren't balanced. This window allows the user to altre the frequencies adjusting the allowing the sound to alter depending on the wave form. This is teh audio clip i have been working on and i have been altering this to sound mroe clear and sound the same as the other audio in the track.
